Building the community, not just the buildings
We live and work in East Tennessee. These are the organizations our company and our people give time and money to.
Who we support
Causes we show up for
Four organizations our company and our people stand behind — in the woods, on the fire line, on the street and in the clinic.
Tennessee Citizens for Wilderness Planning
An Oak Ridge–based conservation organization that has protected East Tennessee's wild places and waterways since the 1960s — from the Obed and Big South Fork to the Cumberland Trail. TCWP volunteers maintain trails such as the North Ridge Trail, steward rare ecosystems like the Oak Ridge Cedar Barrens, and advocate for public lands across the state. Wright Contracting is a TCWP partner.
Knoxville Fire Fighters Association — IAFF Local 65
Representing Knoxville's professional firefighters since 1918, Local 65 raises money for burn survivors, foster children, fire-safety education and the families of firefighters killed or disabled in the line of duty — including the annual MDA "Fill the Boot" drive and a charity golf tournament benefiting Camp Hope for children recovering from burn injuries.
Fraternal Order of Police — Volunteer Lodge #2
The Knoxville lodge of the nation's largest law-enforcement organization, supporting the officers who serve Knoxville and Knox County and their families. Beyond member support, Lodge #2 runs community programs including its youth camp for local kids. We back the people who keep our jobsites and our neighborhoods safe.
McNabb Center (Helen Ross McNabb Center)
East Tennessee's leading nonprofit provider of mental health, substance-use, social and victim services. Founded in 1948 by Helen Ross McNabb, who helped open one of Tennessee's first community mental-health clinics, the Center now serves more than 52,000 people a year across 27 counties — crisis care, outpatient treatment, recovery programs, foster-care support and victim assistance.
